Real Solutions Software has been offering quality programs for both DOS and Windows since 1992. We are a division of Real Solutions Incorporated and are located in Redding, California.
Today we offer software for the credit reporting industry, collection industry, credit card industry, and some general utility programs available as shareware worldwide.
Easy Access for DOS (1994)
This was our first DOS application for pulling credit reports for Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax. Originally developed for our own property management company, it was released in 1994 to the public. It was a big success for the credit bureau affiliates looking for a cost-effective alternative to the current software available.
Clock Talk for Windows (1995)
Clock Talk was our 1st Windows-based application. While no longer available, it earned the top 10 shareware applications of the year by Windows magazine in 1995.
Easy Access Online (1998)
Easy Access Online is a commercial credit retrieval program. It allows Trans Union, Experian, and Equifax members to pull credit reports and other credit-related products.
Originally written for a local property management company, Easy Access caught the attention of a local credit bureau representative. After reviewing the product, he felt it was the easiest to use its type and wanted to start selling it to his customers.
Easy Access was originally written as a DOS application and released in 1993. It wasn’t long before we realized that the future of software would be based on the Windows operating system. We wanted to be the first company out there to offer a true Windows application. And we were.
Released in August 1995, Easy Access was the first Windows-based credit retrieval program certified by Experian. In a world of $395.00+ DOS credit retrieval software, Easy Access became an instant hit when it was offered for under $200.00. Later that year, we added support for Equifax and TransUnion.
In 1998, we led the way again with Easy Access 98, which became the first Windows 32-bit credit retrieval program. Sporting a whole new Windows 98 interface, Easy Access 98 adds power, more features, and enhancements designed for today’s operating systems, and still for under $200.00.
And today, Easy Access Online continues the legacy offering features like importing information from just about any other Windows application. With built-in Internet connections, HTTP Server, NT Service service version, and Enterprise and Architect Edition automation, nothing in the credit industry can touch Easy Access. And unlike many applications today, Easy Access can run seamlessly on Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, and NT in either 32 or 64-bit.
And we are one of the few companies that offer all of this at just one “upfront price.” We give our customers a direct connection to the credit bureaus. Once you purchase a license to use Easy Access, you will be paying the credit bureau directly for any reports you pull. We never “tack” on a “per-click charge or transaction charge.”

MintToReport (2014)
MintToReport is the newest in the Real Solutions Family of Software. It is based on an Easy Access Reporting Platform. MintToReport is a report engine for the Mint.com website.
Mint.com is a great site and the easiest way to manage your financial data. The only thing missing is the ability to create dynamic reports that you can hand over to your accountant.
MintToReport takes care of this and is simple to use. All you need to do is export your Mint.com data and import it into MintToReport.
